1. Submit an Application for Admission

Submit an application using the link below. All applicants will be required to pay a nonrefundable $50 application fee upon submission.

2. fill out health history forms

After completing the application, the Summer Admissions office will send the link to the Health History forms. Please fill these forms out as soon as possible to be considered for admission to camp.

3. Summer Application Review

The application will be reviewed by the Camp Director and the Health Center.

4. Summer Application Approval

Returning applicants are reviewed and approved on a rolling basis. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from the Summer Admissions Office. Your enrollment contract will then be available on the Summer Parent Portal.

Admission decisions for new applicants will be released after February 3, 2026. Each summer, CSSC receives more than 2,000 applications and we thoughtfully review each one to build a diverse and engaged community. All families will be notified of their admissions decision via email.

Admission Policies

General Admission Policy

Culver Summer Schools & Camps is dedicated to educating young people for leadership and responsible citizenship by developing the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, through programs that emphasize the cultivation of character. Culver Summer Schools & Camps admit students and campers of any race, color, nationality, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the schools. They do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, disability, national, or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Admission Standards

Culver Summer Schools & Camps admit young people who manifest a mature, responsible, and self-disciplined behavior indicative of the ability to live independently, under adult supervision, in a boarding camp environment.

The use or possession of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or controlled substances is cause for immediate dismissal. Smoking, tobacco, and nicotine products are not authorized. Those accepted into Culver Summer Schools & Camps must be physically and emotionally able to participate in the active life of the camps.

Applications are accepted with the understanding that the applicant is willing to abide by regulations formulated by Culver and is of good moral character.

Acceptance into Culver Summer Schools & Camps does not guarantee acceptance to the Culver Academies.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change from time to time. The cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel the application before April 1, 2026, Culver will retain your deposit. You will receive a refund of tuition paid.
If you cancel from April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026, Culver will retain the deposit and 25% of the remaining tuition.
If you cancel from May 1, 2026, to June 18, 2026, Culver will retain the deposit and 50% of the remaining tuition.

There is no cost reduction for late arrivals or early departures.
