Who is Eligible?
- Incoming 9th and 10th grade boys and girls.
- US citizens residing in a Midwest state (ND, MN, WI, MI, SD, IA, IL, IN, NE, OH, MO, KS, KY, OK, TN, AR, TX, AL, MS, and LA).
