Staci Hundt, Director of Enrollment Management staci.hundt@culver.org Staci joined the Culver Academies team in 2017 and transitioned to her current role in May 2018. She is responsible for student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and financial aid at Culver. Staci's past experience includes leadership roles in college admissions, non-profit work, and private industry. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University. She and her husband, John, reside in Culver along with sons Jaiden '24 and Charlie '38. Get to Know Staci Hometown: Plymouth, Indiana Favorite Thing About Working at Culver: The people. Our students and families (prospective and current) are wonderful, our alumni have the most remarkable stories and experiences, and my colleagues are gifted in so many unique ways. It's a privilege to have the opportunity to interact with so many kind, caring, talented people on a daily basis. Favorite Place on Campus: I have so many favorites it's hard to choose just one! Memorial Chapel, the view of Lake Maxincuckee from the White-Devries Rowing Center Alumni Lounge, and Legion Memorial (especially the lakeside vista from the second floor) are a few of my favorites. Favorite Culver Event or Tradition: Spirit Games and Grad Weekend, especially Baccalaureate and Commencement Favorite Local Restaurant: The Original Rootbeer Stand for Frosties, Papas, or Evergreen in Rochester Ask Me About: Admissions, enrollment, financial aid, all of our acronyms at Culver, local flair (I'm a Marshall County native), or being a Culver parent. My son, Jaiden, is a new cadet in Battery C and he also attended Woodcraft Camp for two summers.

Alisha joined the Culver Academies team in 2014 and transitioned to her current role in April 2017. She is responsible for assisting with financial aid at Culver and I 20 documentation for our International Students. Get to Know Alisha Hometown: Akron, Indiana Favorite Thing about Working at Culver: Our students. We have such an amazing student body at Culver. With so many students from around the country and the world, I have been able to experience a diverse range of cultures. Their stories are amazing! Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place on campus is the bench under the big tree by the lake. I love to sit out there to reflect and enjoy the amazing view. Favorite Culver Event or Tradition: The Parade. To watch the students in their Dress A, the drummers drumming, the flags flying and the horses prancing, is a site to behold. Ibrahim Fetuga '01, Assistant Director, Outreach and Visitor Services
Ibrahim Fetuga '01 joined Culver Academies in November 2014 as a Major Gifts Officer and Assistant Varsity Football Coach. In 2018, he assumed the newly-created position of Assistant Director, Admissions Outreach and Visitor Services. In this role, Ibrahim is responsible for multicultural recruitment, community-based organization partnerships, and Culver's Student Ambassador Organization.
Ibrahim earned his BA from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois where he played football and excelled in student leadership. Prior to returning to Culver, he worked in business development/sales roles for multiple companies ranging from the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) to Careerbuilder.com. Ibrahim is an avid volunteer, sports fan, and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Favorite Thing about Working at Culver: Being present on campus to support our students is easily the best thing about working at Culver. Whether it is attending a play, recital, or sporting event or just coming across students walking around campus, I love the energy our students give us every day!
Favorite Place on Campus: The view of the lake from the 2nd floor of Huffington Library is my favorite view on campus, but my favorite space is Oliver Field! I played football with my best friends on that field and now I am coaching from those same sidelines. How lucky am I?!
Favorite Culver Event or Tradition: Graduation Weekend. I will never forget staying up all night the evening before graduation sharing stories with my classmates. We laughed, we cried, and we were thankful for the experience we had at Culver. Twenty years later, that night is still one of the best of my life.
Favorite Local Restaurant: As a student, I LOVED the Sinful French Toast from Café Max for breakfast and a Papa’s pizza for dinner.

Mark Galloway, Assistant Director of Admissions, Head Boys Basketball Coach mark.galloway2@culver.org Mark Galloway joined the Culver Academies Admissions Department in 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Education (K-12) from Bethel College (Mishawaka, IN). Prior to Culver, Mark spent fourteen years as a classroom teacher. He taught PE and Health in the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation (Mishawaka, IN) and Carmel Clay Schools (Carmel, IN). Mark lives in Culver with his wife Dawn and their two sons, Zachary and Trey '20. Mark is the admissions counselor for students applying to Culver who live in Arizona, Arkansas, Southern California, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Scott joined the Culver Academies team in 1980 after graduating from Ball State University. His first twenty years at Culver were in various roles in the Business Office. He transitioned to the Admissions Office in 2000 as the Director of Financial Aid and the Chair of the Batten Distinguished Merit Scholarship Program. Scott has also served as the Chairman of the Roberts Distinguished Merit Scholarship Program and a member of the Duchossois Distinguished Scholarship Committee. Scott transitioned to his current role as the Associate Director of Admissions-International in 2014. He is responsible for international student recruitment and assisting international students and their families through the admissions process at Culver. Scott also serves as an Officer in Charge, Student Activities Chaperone, and Troop B Mentor. Scott’s past experience includes two terms as a board member of the United Way of Marshall County and two terms as a board member of the Marshall County Community Foundation. While serving on the MCCF Board of Directors, he was also a member of the Eli Lilly Scholarship Committee and the Grants Committee. Scott is also a past President of the Culver-Union Township Public Library. He holds a B.A. from Ball State University in Marketing and Finance. Get to Know Scott Hometown: Muncie, Indiana Favorite Thing About Working at Culver: The opportunity to meet students and parents in their various home countries and here on the Culver campus. I have been very fortunate to travel to 24 countries representing and promoting Culver Academies. Each day is an opportunity to learn something new from our students, parents, and alumni. Favorite Place on Campus: The second floor of the Huffington Library, with the beautiful view of Lake Maxinkuckee, while being surrounded by the numerous books in a peaceful and stunning environment. A walk along the lake front is one of my favorite forms of exercise. Favorite Culver Event or Tradition: New International Student Registration Day at the start of the new academic year as well as Baccalaureate and Commencement at the end of the year. It is rewarding to see the growth in students throughout their years at Culver Academies. |

Savannah is a 2005 graduate of the Culver Girls Academy. She joined the Culver Academies Admissions team in 2009 after graduating from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management. She is responsible for student recruitment and admissions, as well as the re-admit process for students who are interested in returning to Culver. Additionally, Savannah is the Head Equestriennes Coach and the Head Girls Polo Coach. Ann began her work at the Academies as the Director of Student Activities in 2004. She transitioned to the Admissions team in 2009, assisting with student recruitment, admissions and enrollment at Culver. Ann also serves as a member of the Athletic Support Team as an official for cross country and track competitions and supervises hockey study hall.
Ann's past experiences include the development and leadership in several community, corporate, and university programs. She holds a B.S. in Education and M.A. in Health & Fitness Promotion, both from Miami University. Ann resides in Culver.

Favorite Thing About Working at Culver: There are several things. Getting to share the amazing aspects of Culver Academies with prospective students and families. The opportunity to be a lifelong learner: learning and growing from the students, families and faculty/staff whom I have the privilege to meet and work with. The rich relationships developed with students, families and faculty/staff over the years.
Favorite Place on Campus: The Admissions Office: especially on those days when we are hosting a house full of visitors! The excitement and energy is contagious.
Favorite Culver Event or Tradition: Move In/Registration Day. It is like Christmas! It is exciting to re-connect with our returning students and their families and to share the start of new students’ Culver Academies experience with them and their families. It is a mix of anticipation and enthusiasm.
Favorite Local Restaurant: Breakfast (especially the Sinful French Toast) at Café Max in Culver
Ask Me About: How Culver has continued to be an important part of my son and daughter’s lives, even years after they have graduated. Other boarding schools: I have visited 26 other boarding schools spanning 13 states! Doing so has given me an understanding of their differences and the importance of each student finding the school community that is the right fit for them.

Emily Ryman, Assistant Director of Admissions
Emily Ryman joined the Culver Academies’ team in the fall of 1980. From 1980 to 1985, she served as a CGA Counselor. She served as the Director of the Academic Skills Center for the school-year 1985-86 and then returned to the CGA Counseling staff until the fall of 1989, when she joined the year-round staff of the Culver Summer Schools and Camps Admissions Office, serving as the Assistant Director of the Upper Camps during the summer sessions at Culver. In June of 2015, Emily joined the Culver Academies Admissions Office as an Assistant Director for Boarding School Admissions. Emily also serves as a Faculty Officer in Charge.
Emily earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and has done subsequent coursework at Indiana University South Bend and the University of Notre Dame. Prior to arriving at Culver Academies, Emily was a teacher in the Head Start/Home Start program. Past community service activities include serving on the Steering Committee of Leadership Marshall County and as the secretary of the national Association of Independent Camps. Emily is also a member of LIFT, a philanthropic committee dedicated to helping women in Culver.
Among the wonderful opportunities afforded her while working at Culver, Emily has participated in numerous Global Pathways Spring Break trips as a chaperone, to Mexico, Washington, D.C and South Africa. She represents the fourth generation of her family to work at Culver and is honored to have her name engraved on the faculty 25-year service bench on campus along with her Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. Emily is a graduate of the Culver Summer School for Girls, class of 1970.
Emily’s favorite thing about Culver is the chance to work with and get to know so many students, campers and their families. It is a true privilege.

Julie joined the Culver Academies team in 2018 and transitioned to her current role in 2020. Her primary responsibility is to plan and host campus visits for prospective families.
Julie's past experiences include various roles in accounting and work with the public. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Shawnee State University and a B.S. in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University. Julie and her husband, Andy, reside in Culver along with their four children, Drew '21, Kamm '24, and twins Wade and Reid.

Favorite Thing About Working at Culver: It’s said over and over, but the people are my favorite thing. I love the environment Culver provides! An atmosphere where everyone is willing to help, all the while pushing you to achieve your best. The diversity of cultures, religions, race, etc. allows us to learn from one another while becoming our best self.
Favorite Place on Campus: I began my Culver journey a million years ago as a Woodcrafter. This was the first time I fell in love with Culver! Woodcraft camp and everything associated with it are my very favorite places on campus.
Favorite Culver Event or Tradition: There are so many amazing traditions. If I had to choose one, I’d say Commencement Weekend. I love everything that goes along with it. The ceremony, Final Ball, the ringing ceremony, the sprint to Beason, all of it!
Favorite Local Restaurant: Café Max for Sinful French Toast
Ask Me About: Culver! This is my happy place, I’ve been a camper, summer camp employee, mom of campers, winter school employee, and winter school mom. I currently have two sons attending CMA: Drew is a senior in Band and Kamm is a freshman in Battery A. Next year we hope to add our other two children to the Culver tradition!
