The Rubin Café
Launched in 2014, The Rubin Café is a gourmet coffee and tea shop managed entirely by students in The Ron Rubin School for the Entrepreneur.
Students run a business and get course credit at the same time. The management team hires and schedules baristas, manages inventory, including working with suppliers, develops sales and marketing strategies, and performs accounting functions, including preparation of financial statements.
Management positions include a General Manager, Directors of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Inventory, and Operations.

Eagle Outfitters
Eagle Outfitters
Launched in 2017, Eagle Outfitters is a student-run apparel business that provides custom apparel for Culver Academies students, athletics teams, residential groups, faculty groups, and more. The business features large-quantity launches, which positions the team to work with third-party vendors, and it features small-quantity designs and productions, which the students produce in-house.
