Coleman Knight brings 41 years of experience to his position with the Summer Schools & Camps position. He was a mathematics instructor and houseparent at McDonogh School in Baltimore, Maryland from 1967 until 1972. From 1972 until 1975 he was a counselor of Battery A at Culver Academies. Then he was the Director of Guidance and Counseling at Wooster High School, Wooster, Ohio from 1975 until 2004 when he returned to Culver to work with Culver Summer Schools & Camps full time. During the summers, he was a counselor and then senior counselor in Specialty Camps from 1974 until 1997. He directed Specialty Camps the summers of 2004 and 2005. He was a counselor in Upper Camp the summers of 1977 and 1978 and then was the senior counselor in Upper Camp from 1979 through 1988. He was appointed the Director of Upper Camp in 1989. He continues in that position and also hires the Upper Camp staff and is an Admissions Counselor for the Culver Summer Schools & Camps.
