Col. Warren Foersch joined the Culver Academies in August 2008. He serves as the Deputy Commandant and works closely with the military mentors, CMA operations officers, the Officers in Charge, and the cadets.

A 1978 graduate of California State University at Long Beach (CSULB), Foersch joins us after completing 30 years of service with the United States Marines. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval War College and has a masters' degree in Internal National Affairs from Salve Regina University. In addition to his duties as deputy commandant, he plans to serve as an assistant coach for crew in the spring.

A resident of Culver, Warren and his wife, Debbie, have four sons: Nathan, 23, Brian, 19, Peter, 13, and Paul, 11. They also have one daughter, Natalie, 21, who will graduate from Loyola Marymount of Los Angeles soon.
