Senior Chief Todd Wallingford joined the Culver Academies in 1997 as a Summer School Counselor and was hired that same year as an afternoon Tactical Officer. He has served in that capacity as well as a day time Tactical Officer, the Acting Deputy Commandant, and Deputy Commandant for Operations. He served in the United States Navy for 10 years and was a Master at Arms (Military Police). Prior to coming to Culver he was the Commanding Officer of Camp Summit Boot Camp Juvenile Offenders for the State of Indiana. He served as Patrol Supervisor/SWAT Commander for the Kingsland Georgia Police Dept. He was an instructor at Armstrong State College in Savannah, Georgia. Todd has completed numerous courses involving youth. He continues to work in the Summer Camp Program where he has been the Co-Director of Student Life, Military Coordinator, and Assistant to the Upper Camp Director.
