Jonathan Posner came to the Culver Academies' Student Life department in 2004 as Counselor of Company A. He earned his bachelor's degree in history from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Jon teaches a leadership course to new cadets to help acquaint them with Culver's history and traditions. In addition to his responsibilities in Company A, Mr. Posner is also the Head Boys' Lacrosse Coach.

Jon lives in Culver with his wife, Flannery.
