On
Saturday, March 24, the Speech team competed in the
IHSFA State Finals tournament in Indianapolis.
In every event, the top 49 competitors in the
state were present.
The
Culver team finished its best season in its five-year
history. Of 14 student entries, seven broke to the
semi-final rounds, and three of those semi-finalists
broke to the finals. These individual and team efforts
culminated in Culver earning State Runner-Up (2nd
Place) honors among 31 "Single A” schools.
