2010-2011 Application Procedure
Download and save the Culver Academies Application Checklist . This checklist outlines the application procedures and contains important contact information for staying organized and in touch throughout the application process.
Complete the Online Application For Admission. You may save and return to your Culver Academies Application before submitting the final application for admission.
Schedule an interview and campus tour. Contact our Visit Coordinator at (574) 842-7100 to schedule an interview and tour date.
While logged into your Culver Admissions account, download the necessary evaluation forms. Please refer to the application checklist for the evaluation submission instructions.

School Report and Transcript Request
All applicants are required to take the SSAT. We recommend that the exam be taken by December. For more information, including the SSAT test registration, you can visit the SSAT website . Please list the Culver School Code - 2686 - so an official copy of the score report is received by Culver. In order to avoid late fees or additional charges, you must register at least three weeks prior to the test date.
International students must also also provide a TOEFL score report. You can learn more and register for the test by visiting the TOEFL website . Please list the Culver Code - 8111 - when registering for the test so an official copy of the score report is received by Culver.
