Complete the Online Application For Admission. You may save and return to your Culver Academies Application before submitting the final application for admission.

For your evaluation forms, go to http://www.schoolrecs.com and login with your application account username and password. Four evaluations are required.
We recommend requesting your teacher evaluations after the first grading period or sometime near the end of November.

School Report and Transcript Request
All applicants are required to take the SSAT. We recommend that the exam be taken by December. For more information, including the SSAT test registration, you can visit the SSAT website . Please list the Culver School Code - 2686 - so an official copy of the score report is received by Culver. In order to avoid late fees or additional charges, you must register at least three weeks prior to the test date.
International students are also required to take the TOEFL iBT. You can learn more and register for the test by visiting the TOEFL website . Please list the Culver Code - 8111 - when registering for the test so an official copy of the score report is received by Culver.
