The role of the Center for Leadership is to serve Culver by teaching and guiding the community (students, faculty and staff) into a full practice of leadership education.Its primary responsibility is the development and teaching of academic leadership courses that support the experiential leadership learning within units and dorms—with input and shared responsibility from Student Life, as well as other departments on campus. The primary mission of the Center is to ensure that the instruction in the classroom fully supports the needs of the all students’ leadership experiences. One term course per academic year is required.
