The Culver Educational Foundation, which operates the Culver Military Academy located in Culver, Indiana, offers an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced professional to join our military team. The Military Activities Department is seeking a Military Leadership Mentor (MLM) for a Cadet Battalion of approximately 150 boys. The MLM is responsible for the military activities of the battalion and serves as the NCOIC of the unit under the direction of the Deputy Commandant and Commandant. The MLM also emphasizes academic achievement by the cadets in his charge and will teach leadership skills. (Note: Culver Military Academy is not a JROTC program)

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree plus recent military experience as a senior NCO in the USA, USN, USAF, or USMC. Experience as a drill sergeant or in JROTC/ROTC is desired. Experience as a leader and mentor of young men is required.
