Development Office
Research Coordinator

Responsibilities:

The Research Coordinator provides research services for the Development and Alumni offices. They coordinate prospect information, and develop and implement a proactive strategic plan that will meet the evolving informational needs of major campaigns, special events, and alumni relations. Additionally, they work with the Database Manager, Alumni, and Development staff to update Alumni and donor records, and coordinate research requests for Development Officers, Reunion Class Giving, and Alumni.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess excellent written, verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to exercise good judgment in the use of confidential material and to be resourceful in searching for information. They will have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Applicants must be able to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and possess in depth knowledge of Internet searching. Experience with, an MS Office application is required, Crystal Reports or other database management reporting tools and Raisers Edge application is preferred. 

The ability to successfully pass Culver’s clerical assessment, possession of a high school diploma/GED, and two years experience conducting research is required. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, library science, or related field is preferred.
