Classification: 10-Month Salaried Exempt Position

Hours of Work: Must be available to work flexible hours including, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The CMA Counselor is on call Monday thru Friday twenty-four hours a day and rotates on-call status during the weekends.

Responsibilities: The CMA Counselor is directly responsible for the welfare, development and progress of each student assigned to their dormitory. Responsibilities include working closely with the Intern in his unit, conducting group and individual conferences and counseling sessions with unit members, communicating with parents, performing faculty responsibilities and attending athletic contests.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and experience in youth program development and supervision is desired. This individual must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be PC proficient. Additionally, they must possess excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with children as well as their parents.
