Tom Smith ’83 joined the Culver Academies Advancement team in 2012 as a Major Gift Officer. Tom, a 1983 Culver Military Academy graduate (Company A), earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to Culver, Tom worked for 15 years as a sales executive in the software industry.

Tom and his wife, Shelly, have two children, Kelsey and Brody. Shelly is the Director of Human Resources for a company in South Bend. Kelsey is currently attending Indiana University in Bloomington while Brody is a junior at St. Joseph’s High School in South Bend.
