Mike Hogan joined the Culver Academies’ Development Department in 2005 as the Director of Development. He has worked as a fundraiser in the field of education since 1994. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Science from the United States Military Academy in 1982. Upon graduation, he served as an Infantry officer on active duty in the U.S. Army for seven years before transitioning into a sales and management career. Mike returned to West Point in 1994 to begin his career in Development. He ultimately became the Assistant Vice President for Development where he helped plan and execute a $218 million capital campaign for the U. S. Military Academy.

Mike and his wife, Natalie, have three children. Natalie teaches in the Culver Horsemanship Department for the Summer Schools & Camps program.Their two daughters, Lillian '11 and Natalie ’13, are attending the Culver Girls Academy.
