Cindy Krou joined the Development team on March 13, 2006. She serves as the Operations Manager as well as assists the Director and Deputy Director of Development and the Director of Planned Giving.

Cindy holds an Associate Degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree. Her previous work history includes positions with General & Vascular Surgery, PC as a Patient Accounts Representative.

Cindy's husband, Tony, is a Production Engineer at Nello, Inc., in South Bend. They have two daughters, Dani ’13 and Karissa ’15.
