3:00 - 4:30 Split into two groups Group 2 - Shaping Rowing Skills and Periodization of Technique. Followed by a 45' practical session in the tanks. 2:45 w/ 15' break

4:30 - 4:45 Closing Remarks

At 5PM, those staying overnight for Midwest Scholastic Board meeting will be dismissed for dinner. (on own)

Saturday clinic fee: $25/person (includes breakfast and lunch)
