COURSE: Flat, smooth, grassy course with a few asphalt/concrete crossings & course marked with directional flags, cones and painted lines

ENTRY FEE: Minimum entry fees: $85 entry per junior high boys team, $85 per junior high girls team, $85 entry per girls high school team & $85 entry per boys high school team Send check to: Athletic Director – Culver Academies – 1300 Academy Road #147 – Culver, IN 46511

ENTRY: Email entry to michael.chastain@culver.org by September 13 on Excel form sent by email

Mandatory: Entry roster emailed on the Excel form provided - no Word documents or FAX accepted!! Make sure all athletes are on your entry - no changes allowed after entry received

Team Check In: Check-in for coaches will be at the porch on the south side (lake side) of the building near the start line (East Barracks) – Awards will also take place here for the last 7 races.

AWARDS: All races (except the 2 Reserve races) Trophy for Champion and Runner-up teams; Ribbons to top 5 teams; Plaque for the winning individual Medals for 1st-30th place individuals

RESERVE RACES No team awards; Medals for 1st-30th place individuals

9:00 AM Girls Middle School Race (3,000 m – unlimited entry)

9:20 AM Boys Middle School Race (3,000 m - unlimited entry)

9:40 AM Boys Frosh-Soph Race (5,000 m - enter 7 runners maximum)

10:10 AM Girls Varsity Closed (5,000 m - enter 7 runners maximum)

10:40 AM Girls Varsity Open (5,000 m - enter 7 runners maximum)

11:10 AM Boys Varsity Closed Race (5,000 m - enter 7 runners maximum)

11:35 AM Boys Varsity Open Race (5,000 m - enter 7 runners maximum)

12:00 AM Girls Reserve Race (5,000 m - unlimited entry)

12:35 PM Boys Reserve Race (5,000 m - unlimited entry)
