Tom Duckett joined the Culver Academies' Leadership Department in 1989. He earned a master's degree in Educational Administration from Syracuse University. His areas of study and teaching interest include ethics, character development and leadership. He currently teaches the junior level ethics course and an elective in basic leadership skills. Prior to arriving at Culver Academies, he served in the U. S. Army. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Major Duckett is also a coach for varsity swimming and track. He resides in Plymouth, Indiana with his wife Julia.
