Jon Posner was appointed to head coach of the CMA lacrosse program in 2004.  Posner has coached the team to four state championship tournaments, and came away from two of those as the state champions.  Some of his players have gone on to play at Harvard, West Point, Stony Brook, Air Force Academy, Dickinson, Gettysburg, and Middlebury, among others.  One of his players also recently committed to play for Johns Hopkins, one of the most prestigious lacrosse programs in the nation.  

Prior to his arrival to Culver, Jon coached for nine years in the New England Prep league.  He earned his bachelor of arts degree in History from Scranton University, where he was a four year varsity lacrosse player.  He also played lacrosse in prep school at the Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.   

Coach Posner is the counselor of Company A.  He resides in Culver with his wife, Flannery.
