Scott Huberty joined the Culver Academies Athletic Staff in 2001. Scott started coaching hockey in Michigan in 1984 with his main focus in goaltending. He was the goaltending coach at Grandville High School and then for Michigan State University's Club Hockey team.

Scott started the "Learn to Skate" program in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Goaltending seems to run through the Huberty family as Scott, his nephew and son are all goalies.

Scott also coaches baseball at Culver Academies.

Scott's degree is in Radiological Health and works in medical imaging sales.

Scott and his wife, Donna, have two grown children both Culver graduates, Sean "98" and Tara "03". They also have two grandsons, Parker and Sullivan, future Eagles!
