A distinguished Merit Scholarship program for those applying to Culver Academies for the 2013-14 school year.

 Next March, four exceptional freshmen from western states will learn they have been selected for an educational experience second to none. The Roberts Leadership Scholarship at the Culver Academies will uplift them in mind, spirit, and body, as it prepares them for the finest colleges and universities and for a lifetime of principled leadership.

Endowed by George R. Roberts '62, the scholarship program allows talented young leaders to attend the Culver Academies who would not have the opportunity without this financial support. The first Roberts Leadership Scholars began their Culver careers in the fall of 2008. The program will eventually support sixteen outstanding students at Culver. 

The Roberts Scholarship is a full-tuition scholarship that also includes room and board, uniforms, books, a Spring Break in Mission service project, and a community building and leadership experience. The scholarship is renewable annually. Recipients who continue to excel academically, as a student leader, and in extracurricular activities will realize a total, four year value in excess of $170,000.

To apply for a Roberts Leadership Scholarship:

• download, complete, and submit a Merit Scholarship Application by December 15, 2012. (AVAILABLE SOON - please check back)
• complete and submit Parent Financial Statement by December 15, 2012.
