Financial Aid
Culver Academies is committed to finding ways to help ease the financial burden for families so that they are able to send their child here. Currently, 1/3, or 36%, of our students receive need-based assistance and 9% qualify for merit-based scholarships. Both financial aid and scholarship programs are highly competitive. Families need to closely adhere to the application process and deadlines to be fully considered.
To serve such a diverse global, racial, and ethnic population, we offer a variety of scholarship and financial aid resources to assist nearly 50 percent of our families – a significantly higher proportion than the average support provided by many of our peers.
2012-2013 Financial Aid Procedures
February 15, 2012 - Financial Aid Deadline
1. Download "Applying for Financial Aid at Culver Academies" document
2. Complete the Parents Financial Statement (PFS)
We use School and Students Services (SSS) to process all financial aid applications. You may complete the Parents Financial Statement (PFS) online starting November 1, 2011. The PFS is the financial aid application.
3. Upload all supporting documentation to your PFS Online
We require 2010 1040 tax forms, 2010 W2 forms, 2011 W2 forms and when completed your 2011 1040 tax forms.
Frequently Asked Questions About Financial Aid
New Applicants must have completed the Culver Academies Application process by January 15, 2012 AND complete the PFS online including all required documents by the February 15, 2012 deadline in order to be considered for a Financial Aid Award.
Returning Students must complete the PFS online including all required documents by the February 15, 2012 deadline to be considered for a 2012-2013 Financial Aid Award. (You must reapply for Financial Aid each year)
Please Note: The submission of a Financial Aid application does not guarantee that a Financial Aid Award will be granted by the Financial Aid Committee.
