Can I pay my child's student billing account with a credit card?
A:
Culver accepts Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express. Please fax a signed authorization to the
accounting department including the card number, cardholder name,
student name, student ID#, and amount to be paid. The accounting
department fax number is (574) 842-8101.
Q:
What happens to my child's drawing accounts at the end of the school
year?
A:
Any remaining funds in the drawing accounts will be transferred to the
Student Billing Account. Any remaining credit on the Student
Billing for graduates or non-returning students will
automatically be refunded to you. Any remaining credit on the
student Billing Account for returning students will be applied toward
fees for the next school year or may be transferred back to drawing accounts,
at the parent's request.

How can I wire funds to Culver?
A:
Call (574) 842-8221 to get the Culver bank account information.
Then send a fax (574)842-8101 stating how the funds should be
distributed. (i.e. student billing, personal drawing, bookstore,
snackbar, or aviation) If the distribution is not included on
the information received by Culver, all funds will be applied to the

How can I transfer funds between accounts?

Parents may call the cashier (574) 842-8229
and transfer the funds or give permission for the student to make the
transfer.

How can my student get cash from their personal drawing account?
A:
Your student can go to the cashier which is located in "A"
Building. Students must have their student ID.
Q:
How can I deposit funds in my students accounts?
A:
You may use a credit card, send a check, or wire funds. If you
use a credit card we must either have your signature on file or you
must send a faxed signature.
