Alison Simon joined the Culver Academies’ Department of Science in 2011. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior from Cornell University. Ms. Simon taught biology, chemistry, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and environmental scinece at the McLean School of Maryland in Potomac, MD prior to coming to Culver. Ms. Simon’s academic interest lies in crafting biology to be the capstone to the Physics First sequence. At Culver, she teaches Biology and is a co-sponsor for the junior class.

Ms. Simon lives in Culver with her husband and young daughter.
