Meet The Faculty
Gabrielle DiLorenzo
Gabrielle DiLorenzo joined the Department of Modern and Classical Languages in 2002. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Art and English Composition from Beloit College in 1982 and a master’s degree in Education from the University of the Virgin Islands in 1991. She has taught Spanish Levels 1 through AP and is interested in Spanish art, literature and folklore. She has published poetry and has exhibited drawing and painting. Ms. DiLorenzo currently teaches Spanish 2, 3 and 4. Prior to arriving at Culver Academies, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and then taught Spanish at St. Croix Country Day School.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. DiLorenzo is the advisor for the Hispanic Student Union. Her daughter, Zafiro Joseph, attends Culver Girls Academy.
