Meet The Faculty
Candace Koehn
Candace Koehn joined the Culver Academies’ English Department in 1991. She earned a B.S. Ed. and an M.S. Ed. from Bowling Green State University. Her areas of study include Latin, Greek, classical civilization, British literature, and writing instruction. She currently teaches Latin 1 and Latin 2. Prior to arriving at Culver Academies, she taught Latin and English at Norwalk High School in Norwalk, Ohio, from 1978 - 1991. In 1975, she began her teaching career at New Lexington High School in New Lexington, Ohio.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Koehn also serves as co-advisor for the CGA Honor Council, as a member of the Duchossois Scholarship selection committee, as Faculty Marshal during ceremonial occasions, and as study hall proctor for the Hockey A team.
