Meet The Faculty
David Nash
David Nash earned his B.S. in math education from Ball State University in 1992. After teaching computer topics for five years at Fort Wayne Bishop Luers High School, in 1998 he left to teach Algebra 1 at Prairie Heights High School in LaGrange, Indiana. During the summer of 1999, while working as a basketball instructor for the Culver Summer Camp, Mr. Nash joined the Culver Winter School faculty. Mr. Nash has taught most of the courses in the math curriculum, but has primarily taught geometry, serving as level leader on several occasions. Mr. Nash currently teaches honors algebra 2 and PreCalculus 3. He also serves as an assistant volleyball and head JV baseball coach. He earned his Masters' degree in 2007 from Indiana University at South Bend. He is married to wife, Lorri, and has three children - Rebecca, 16, a junior at the Academy; Caleb, 13; and Rachel, 7.
