Lynn Rasch
Coach, EquestriennesLynn Rasch is the coach and choreographer of the Equestrienne team (a girls mounted drill team and honor organization) in the Department of Horsemanship. The Equestriennes perform at the Academies and perform nationally, regionally and locally to include the Presidential Inaugural Parade in Washington, D.C., the Indianapolis 500 Festival Parade in Indianapolis, IN and the Holland Tulip Festival in Holland, Michigan. The Equestriennes placed 2nd in the Midwest Horse Fair Drill Team Competition, Madison, WI, in March 1999 and March 2000. Lynn helped to prepare over 80 horses and riders for the 1981 and 1985 Presidential Inaugural Parades and coached the Equestriennes for the 1997, 2001 and 2005 Presidential Inaugural Parades. Lynn’s background with horses includes Western Stock Seat Equitation, Hunter Seat Equitation/Jumpers, Dressage, and Combined Training. Lynn is also certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
