CGA Leadership
In Leadership Training Phase 1, aspiring CGA leaders are introduced to a variety of topics, including character strengths, optimism and resilience, appreciative inquiry, praise and motivation, and savoring. The topics are deconstructed to increase self-awareness, perceptions of others and group dynamics.
