Student Activities understands that students also need unplanned activities. Students can check out items such as Play Station Guitar Hero, Wii Olympics, billiards equipment and board games for unplanned relaxing with their friends in the H. Ward Lay III Student Center.

The H. Ward Lay III Student Center is located in the lower level of the dining hall. Included in this area are:

The Snack Bar/Shack is a popular student hangout featuring a short order grill, billiard tables, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, video games, and large screen televisions.

The TV Lounge houses two televisions with cable hookup and DVD/VHS units. PlayStation II units may be checked out to use in this room. This room can be reserved for small group meetings. Equipped with chairs and tables, students are able to bring food trays down from the dining hall upstairs enabling lunch/dinner meetings.

The Game/Meeting Room contains tables and chairs for board games and small group meetings. 

The Bookstore sells snacks, cards, general school supplies and toiletries.

The Pit has couches for relaxing with friend, watching a movie on a laptop, or enjoying a snack. An ATM machine is located in the Pit area.

Adult Student Activities Chaperones are located in the Snack Bar/ Pit area. Billiards equipment, electronic game equipment, board games, etc. are available for check out from these chaperones.
