The Technology Department includes: IT Program Management, Information Systems, Data Integrity, IT Service Desk, Networking, Purchasing and Administrative Services. 

Technology Vision: Technology has transformed from an organization focused on technology, to one focused on customers and process. We are a continuous service improvement organization that seeks Operational Excellence. We utilize the ITIL® IT Service Management framework as our foundation.

Our core objectives are:

• Process maturity: continuously improve the execution of core service management processes through process redesign, training, and integration, to enable improved effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery.
  
• Transparency: clearly communicate service delivery commitments, costs and results to appropriate constituents to enable reciprocal accountability and better alignment of services with business needs.

The Technology Department is a multifaceted team with varying degrees of technology, education and business experience who support the academic and administrative functions of Culver Military Academy, Culver Girls Academy, Culver Summer Schools & Camps.
