Larry K. Emmons joined the Culver Academies’ Technology Services Department as the Director in 2006. He earned his Masters Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from Park University. Prior to arriving at Culver Academies, he was a Portfolio Manager with General Motors Corporation, Information Systems and Services department. Mr. Emmons has been in the technology arena for 30 years and has held positions in computer operations, systems engineering, application development, infrastructure support and project management. In addition to his responsibilities as the Technology Services Director, Mr. Emmons is also the Scoutmaster for Troop 209 at Culver Military Academy and the Adult Supervisor for the Technology Prefects in Culver Girls Academy.

Mr. Emmons is married to Cathy and they have two sons, and two daughters-in-law and a grandchild.
