Terri Anderson joined Culver Academies in 2001 as the Human Resource Analyst. Terri’s primary responsibilities include employment/staffing (recruitment, skills assessment, interviewing, placement, follow up training, etc.), performance evaluation program, job analysis and job descriptions, non-exempt compensation program, job development/enrichment, unemployment compensation administration, HRIS administration, and internal job audits. Terri also assists the Human Resource Director in developing and implementing policies, managing organizational change and development, and with the implementation of quality and productivity enhancement process.
