Dana Bennett joined the Psychological Services team in June 2011 as the School Counselor for The Academies and Summer Camps. For the past 16 years, she has specialized in working with children, adolescents and families who have had learning disabilities, neurological deficits, eating disorders, grief and loss, behavioral and psychiatric challenges. Dana has worked in educational settings, private practice and inpatient mental health facilities.

Dana has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in marriage and family therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She received her Licensed Professional Counselor License in 2002.

Dana and Trent were recently married in June 2011and she joined his family with two great step sons. Trent is a local business owner here in Culver. They all enjoy outside activities such as boating, dirt biking and spending time with the family dog.
