You can participate or register individually or in a team. Teams can consist of 2 or 3 participants; they can be same gender or co-ed. Each team member must submit a registration form. All registration forms must be sent together.

Fees:

· $65 Individual Pre-Registration (Must be received by August 1, 2012)

· $125 Team Pre-Registration (Must be received by August 1, 2012)

· $75 Individual (After August 1, 2012)

· $145 Team (After August 1, 2012)
