PACKET PICK UP

Packet pick-up will be from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Participants must attend a mandatory pre-race meeting at 8:10 a.m.

LOCATION

The event will be held on the beautiful campus of Culver Academies. Address: 1300 Academy Road, Culver, Indiana 46511

TEAM RELAY

Teams can consist of 2 or 3 participants; they can be same gender or co-ed. Each team member must submit a registration form. All registration forms must be sent together.

FAT TIRE DIVISION

Those participants who will be riding a mountain bike/beach cruiser are encouraged to register in the fat tire division. You will not be placed there automatically. Awards will be given out to the top 2 male and female finishers in this division.

RACE REGULATIONS

Swim caps will be provided. Wetsuits are permitted if water temperature is 78 degrees or below on race day. Bike helmets are required. No drafting allowed on bike, BIB numbers must be visible at finish line. Participants must finish the course for an official time.

TRANSITION AREA

Only participants are allowed in the transition area. Participants must pick up their own bike and equipment and the area will be guarded until completion of race.

TIMING AND SCORING

Timing and scoring will be done by TH Timing from Valparaiso, IN using the chip timing system.

AWARDS

Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd overall male and female finishers. The top female, male and co-ed teams will also be given an award. Age group awards will be 5 year increments starting at age 10.
