Indoor Cycling

Need a top notch cardiovascular workout? Try indoor cycling! Ride through a combination of hills, flats and sprints while listening to great tunes. This class is for all fitness levels, feel free to cycle at your own pace.

When: Monday 6am-7am &  Monday/Wednesday 11:45am-12:30pm
Where: Cycles at the back of the Fit Center

Circuit Weight Training

Designed for all lifters from beginners to pros, this class will help shake up your lifting program, sculpt and tone your muscles and leave you feeling pumped! We will use free weights, the cable station and the smith machine to sculpt and chisel your frame, with cardio bouts mixed in for added intensity.

When: Monday 11:45am-12:30pm  *No class May 7 & 14*

Beginning Running

Designed for those who desire a higher impact cardio workout, without intense speed or distance. Class will meet in the Fit Center lobby.

When: Wednesday/Friday 11:45am-12:30pm

Advanced Running 

If you like new and varied training techniques, and have the desire to become faster, sign up for this class! The workouts will be moderate with emphasis on heart rate and speed development. Class will meet in the Fit Center lobby.

Zumba

Don't want to feel like you are working out?  Zumba is the class for you!  A moderate to high intensity cardio workout will sculpt, shape, and tone, as well as improve your mood and teach you some new dance steps!!  Come ready to party, with shoes that allow you to move, water, and a towel.

When:   Tuesday 11:45am-12:30pm  *Will be toning & cardio May 8 & 15*

Wallyball

Get a great cardio workout with wall volleyball!

When: Tuesday 11:45am-12:30pm
Where: Meet in Fitness Center

Yoga 

Practice designed to release tightness in the muscles of the body while taking into consideration proper body alignment and breathing techniques. This class will leave you stress-free and rejuvenated. The focus is to guide participants through stretches that will allow them to find the connection between breath, body and mind.

When: Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm

P90X

For the early riser hoping to kick-start their day, join us at 6:00am for a cardio and muscular endurance routine promising to trim and define.

Tempo Training

Cardio Cross Fit 

Looking to chisel your core? Try cardio kickboxing, a mix of kickboxing with intermediate and advance aerobics, arranged to strengthen the core and increase balance, as well as endurance.

When: Friday 11:45am-12:30pm
