Jerry Kisela joined the Facilities team in the fall of 2007. He earned his Associates Degree in Business Management at Ancilla College and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management through Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010.

Jerry supervises the motor pool and the Academy drivers. He is responsible for maintaining Culver’s fleet of buses, vans, and service vehicles. He is responsible for the compliance of Federal Motor Carrier Safety, Department of Transportation, and Department of Education regulations and requirements. He coordinates transportation for students, staff, and faculty to various locations. He maintains the Academy vehicle/boat registrations. Other duties included scheduling motel reservations, maintaining Culver’s internal work order and scheduling program, and a variety of administrative duties within the Facilities Office.

Prior to arriving at Culver, Jerry worked in retail management as well as serving the local community as an Emergency Medical Technician and a Deputy Coroner. Jerry and his wife live in the Monterey area and have two sons and a daughter.
