Jeffrey C. Kutch, P.E., joined the Culver Academies as the Director of Facilities on September 11, 2006. As the Director of Facilities, Jeff develops and implements programs for the effective management of operations, maintenance, renovations, and construction related to all functions relating to the Physical Plant and Facilities of the Culver Educational Foundation. His education is in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota where he received an E.I.T. Certificate and subsequently earned a Professional Engineer's License from the State of Indiana Licensing Board in January, 1992. His work experience includes working for, and principal ownership, of an Architectural/Engineering firm for 10 years, Project Manager for a Construction Management Company for two years, Project Manager for a Construction Management Company for two years, and Director of Facilities for two public school corporations for 13 years. These experiences have provided him with a unique insight into the field of Facilities Management/Construction having worked from varying perspectives as the Architect/Engineer, Contractor and Owner.

Mr. Kutch is married to Mary Jane and they have two sons and one daughter. Along with his duties as the Director of Facilities, Mr. Kutch volunteers as a coach for the CGA Tennis Team.
