Dave Blalock joined the Facilities team since 1998. He is the direct supervisor of the Grounds Department, Motor Pool, Systems, Powerhouse, Carpenter Shop, and the Boat House. Dave is responsible for communicating department goals and expectations in order to increase the efficiency of the operations of the different Departments. He prioritizes, organizes, plans and coordinates daily operations and maintenance assignments in addition to monitoring labor hours and preparing statistical cost and productivity analysis.
