Bill Baker joined the Culver Facilities team in 1999. He is responsible for the planning, development, and maintaining communication with the Painters, Carpenters, Zone Techs, and Canvas Shop to accomplish requested tasks. He works closely with the Administrative Manager Director and Facilities Director to effectively keep the Facilities department abreast of all requests for maintaining the Culver campus. Prior to arriving at Culver, Bill was an independent contractor and builder. He continues to build apart from his supervising responsibilities. Bill earned a Technical Certificate in Industrial Maintenance from Ivy Tech College. He is also active in the Indiana Builders Association.
