Gail Busam joined the Culver Academies in May 2005 as Administrative Assistant in the Lay Dining Center. In June 2006, she was promoted to Assistant Administrator of Operation where she continued to serve as assistant to the director. She also oversees office operations, processes payroll for the staff of the Lay Dining Center, Bookstore and Snack bar, and assists in operation procedure and policies and employee related material.

Gail completed the Purdue Master Gardener Course in 1996; she is a graduate of the Real Estate Salesperson Course from Ancilla College in 1997 and a graduate of the Real Estate Broker’s Course from the Beer School of Real Estate in 1999.

Prior to joining the Culver Academies, she was a Licensed Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Oak Crest Realty and Coldwell Banker. Gail resides in Plymouth, Indiana.
